Well what to say? Bad this show can not be called, but stereotypical in the time. "New Amsterdam" is not stands out among other "medical" shows where the main character of chapters hospital doctor or her office. Shows the "gray" everyday lifesavers, different situation with doctors so with their patients, for the treatment of diseases, the fight against the bureaucratic approach to lives and etc. and etc. All it is wasn't remember how many times. Dr. house, er, the Night shift, grey's Anatomy, Resuscitation.. . and etc. Only, Max Goodwin (Ryan Eggold) he is seriously ill and forced into such as still and to lead the hospital, so as his appointment with it all changed to the best. Friendly team of doctors and friends max is taken into it to support, if only it is not left position the time of treatment.

My next series of medicine, doctors and hospitals, after "the Knick", "house" and"Er" sample Clooney.

The story tells us about the hospital, "New Amsterdam" — the oldest public hospital United States. The main character — Max Goodwin, an experienced doctor, a family man, a fighter for each patient, a hater of bureaucracy and so on.
